About Me

I am a teacher, student, explorer, conservationist, biologist and storyteller. I have a Degree of Education, Masters of Business, Masters of Conservation Biology and is currently finalising my PhD at the University of Queensland.

I worked for several years in Sustainable Development. I have lived in South East Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Over the years, I have volunteered at several NGOs including Qatar Animal Welfare society, Qatar Green Building Council, the Solid Waste Interest Group, Fossil Free South Africa, GrassRoots South Africa and Wildcare Australia.

I am dedicated to making the world a better place through finding solutions for nature and humanity to coexist in harmony and balance.

I am an avid open-water diver and adventure-seeker. I have travelled and worked in over 53 countries and am often spotted on a frantic search for wildlife. This website is a collection of short papers, interest pieces and memoirs of my journey.
